National Parks / National Historic Sites near Phoenix, Arizona

Traveling in your motorhome rental to see two hundred twenty five million year old fossils at the Petrified Forest National Park (257 miles) or the archaeological site Casa Grande Ruins (54 miles) near Coolidge, Arizona is recommended by everyone. For those interested in American Indian history, a Hohokam farming community is being preserved at the Casa Grande Ruins.

Driving one of El Monte RV beautiful motorhome rentals towards Flagstaff on Highway 89 offers many of our customers an interesting trip to the Sunset Crater Volcano just 165 miles from Phoenix. While there, walk the one mile loop of the Lava Flow Trail thru a volcanic landscape.
